After his extensive experience in the field of Human Resources (among others in the sectors of: Building, Consulting, New Technologies ...) is founder and C.E.O of Management & Research S.C.A.. He combines his Business work with the exercise of Coaching for Politicians, top Managers of Private Companies and Public Officials. De la Corte participates as an external adviser to Boards of several Corporates.
He is currently a permanet professor of the Master in Management of H.R. at the University of Seville, the Master of Gender at the Pablo Olavide University and the MBA of the European Management School at University of Brussels.
De la Corte is member of several research groups as, for example, the National Group “Socially Responsible Management of Crisis”. He is also member of the Experts Panel at the University of Huelva for the Development of Masters Program in Human Resources and the Experts Panel for the Assessment of Tourism Strategies at the Research Group GEIDETUR. He is also Approved Consultant for the implantation of SGE21 norm at FORÉTICA.
De la Corte holds a degree in Law, the Research Aptitude and several Masters like MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Seville or MA in Critical Theory of Law and Democracy: Multiculturalism and Human rights by the International University of Andalusia (UNIA).
Jesús is Expert in Social Responsibility by the United Nations and Permanent Member of the UN Platform “REDUNIRSE” for Latin America and the Caribbean (Spanish Commission). He is researcher and author of several publications and conferences, Jesús has been elected among the fifty best managers of SMEs in Spain 2008 by Directors Plus.
