Jordi Segarra has served as a political and media consultant for several parties and leaders throughout Europe and Latin America. He became the youngest campaign manager for a national party in Europe, during the 2005 Presidential Elections in Andorra (25 years old). In 2004 he and his business partner Àlex Terés founded their company SEGARRATERES INTERNATIONAL in Andorra and one year later they expanded their company with offices in both Andorra and Spain. Today SEGARRATERES INTERNATIONAL has a full-time team of 17 people and is one of the largest political communication groups in Europe. Jordi has been working with some of the main parties in different countries of Europe and Latin-America including Socialists, Socialdemocrats, Liberals and Center Democrats. Jordi has managed campaigns and given strategic advise to candidates, presidents, ministers, senators, deputies, governors, mayors and ambassadors. His firm has helped in numerous victorious national, provincial and local elections. With its emphasis on strategy, solid graphics and grassroots campaigning, Segarrateres has been involved in campaigns from Europe to South America and The United States, working for the Barack Obama campaign. With these expansion of Segarrateres to three offices and new clients in Europe and Latin America, Jordi Segarra will be a major player in the political community for many years to come. The Next step: Open an office in US in 2010. In 2009 he published his first book, “Yes YOU Can. Building the Perfect Candidate”. He is also a lecturer in different universities in Spain and Latin America. In 2009 he won two Pollie Awards (Best Graphics & Best use of Grassroots). He is Board Director of The EAPC (European Association of Political Consultants) and member of The AAPC (American Association of Political Consultants).
