Mr. Talero García began his preofessional career during his studies of Chemistry being elected five consecutive years as representative of the students of the Faculty. He was also President of the Council of Students of the University of Sevilla (CADUS) for two years and Speaker of the 9 Andalusian public universities, representing more than 250,000 students. His awareness about sustainability led him to be a member of the Environmental Commission of the Professional Association of Chemists of Andalusia and one of the forerunners of the Environmental Classroom at the Faculty of Chemistry, as well as specializing in Environmental Issues and Environmental Management Systems at the Technische Universität of Graz in Austria. Latterly, besides his studies of Political Sciences, Mr. Talero García was responsible for international contacts at one of the leading advertising agencies of Austria, and director of Election Pool, a platform that provides campaigning services to candidates and parties. More recently he has been C.E.O. of more2say, the first platform of Word of Mouth Marketing in Austria and Political, Electoral and Corporate Consultant at ST!Politics, based in Andorra, Spain and Mexico. Nowadays, José Manuel Talero is Consultant at MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, a company with headquarters in Spain and Chile, where he has participated as a consultant on various projects for public and private institutions of Europe, Africa and America. Throughout his career, José Manuel Talero has taught lectures on topics of political, communication and marketing in countries as diverse as Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Lithuania or France (European Parliament in Strasbourg). He was co-editor and co-author of the books Election Time, including in its three editions analysis of more than 60 political campaigns throughout Europe. Election Time has been published in English, German, Turkish and Russian. Mr. Talero García is also Board Member of the EAPC since 2002, during which time he has held various functions, including Secretary of the Association and Conference Chairman. and member of the IAPC (International Association of Political Consultants).
