Kerstin Plehwe, born in Munich, is an author, entrepreneur and consultant for decision makers in politics, non profit organizations and corporations. After High School Diploma, an education in advertising and studies, Kerstin Plehwe starts her professional career at Microsoft Central Europe. The decision to work as an entrepreneur was made only 2 years later. Today she is the founder of the “International Institute for Politics and Society” (IIPG GmbH) located in Berlin, Hamburg and New York, president of the Initiative ProDialog and author of numerous books. The communications expert has analyzed and accompanied international electoral campaigns. Kerstin hosts a political TV show in Berlin and is regarded as a renowned protagonist for a more authentic communication and responsible entrepreneurial action. Kerstin Plehwe is a popular national and international public speaker. In her lectures, she deals with the subjects of communication, strategy and leadership under the changed conditions of the 21st century. In addition to that, she is actively engaged in charity organizations and is holding two lectureships. After stages of life in South Africa, USA and Japan, she is living today in Berlin and Hamburg.
