Dr. Thomas Rachbauer studied political science with focus on political communication and European integration and is a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He works as a trainer and coach for local politicians and gives courses on campaigning, interview techniques, NLP for politicians and personal development.
He has publicated the following books: "Das Wahlkampfmanagement der SPÖ bei Nationalratswahlen von 1970 bis 2002" (2003) -The Austrian Democratic Socialist Party’s (SPÖ) management of election campaigns during the Austrian National Council Elections from 1970 to 2002 - and "Professionalisierung und Amerikanisierung im Wahlkampfmanagement in Österreich" (2005) - Professionalisation and Americanization of the management of election campaigns in Austria.
