Matthew Dowd, Chief Campaign Strategist for the Bush-Cheney'04 Presidential Campaign, will be speaker in the EAPC 2011

 

As you know, in the 16th EAPC Summit will participate the largest international experts in political communication. One of the last in joining the panel of speakers is Matthew Dowd, Chief Campaign Strategist for the Bush-Cheney'04 Presidential Campaign and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger; who will give a session on political strategy.

 

Dowd has helped shape strategies and campaigns for CEOs, corporations, foundations, governments, candidates, and presidents.


Furthermore, he was on the staff of a Senator and two Democratic Representatives and counselled scores of high-profile organizations – from AT&T to the NBA – on marketing, advertising, research, public issues, and advocacy. He is currently Partner of Vianovo, Inc., analyst for ABC News and columnist for The National Journal..

 

 

 

 

Matthew Dowd will be accompanied by other renowned experts in political communication around the world, such as Joe Trippi, Democratic consultant defined by "The New Republic" as "the man who reinvented the electoral campaigns" because of his work for Howard Deans' Campaign, which has been the basis of Barack Obama success; Michael Dolley, Deputy Director of Campaigning for the Conservative Party in United Kingdom and one of the responsible for David Cameron victory; James Aldrete, member of the Obama media team, leading their Latino media efforts; César Martínez, responsible for Hispanic vote in George W. Bush and John McCain campaigns; or Daniel Ureña, Managing Partner of MAS Consulting Spain.
