Grashchenkov Ilya, born in Moscow in 1983, graduated from the Faculty of Art History of the Russian State University for Humanities, History Master’s degree and postgraduate studies. Worked in the media, then in the Goverment. Since 2005, he has worked in the field of political technologies. Since 2010 -President of the Center for Regional Policy Development Foundation. He has conducted about 30 federal-level campaigns, and more than 100 political campaigns as part of the foundation’s work.
