The EAPC European Conference will now take place on Friday, 2 October, and Saturday, 3 October in Frankfurt. The organization of the conference will be coordinated by Dr. Reza Kazemi and his team from Campaigns & Technology.

The EAPC Board has agreed on a new conference format designed to make participation significantly more affordable and easier for attendees.

The planned schedule is as follows:

Friday, 2 October
Arrival of EAPC members until midday
Afternoon meeting of the EAPC Board and the EAPC General Assembly
Evening joint dinner with members

Saturday, 3 October
Conference day from 09:00 to 17:00, including a working lunch
Closing and departure afterwards

This structure allows participants to arrive and depart on the main conference day if they wish, saving both time and accommodation costs.

In addition, an optional social programme — not officially part of the conference — is being considered for those who would like to spend more time in Frankfurt. Possible activities include a visit to the European Central Bank on Friday morning or a “Highlights of Frankfurt” programme on Sunday.

The detailed conference programme will be presented shortly.
